If I did I apologise, I wasn't getting at anyone here.

I have lost parts of stories in other places because of long gaps between chapters and difficulty in finding all the parts, but thought that if I was mentioning it in one place I ought to mention it in all.

May I thank all the writers in this fandom for the care that put into the presentation of their stories. Not only are they entertaining but the spelling has been checked and you use paragraphs to break up the blocks of text. This all adds to the pleasure of reading your work.

Thank you Linda for your kind words. I think your comments are quite valid and give sage advice that may help a few of the newer writers who've been posting on Section VII or elsewhere.

Your request for writers to include chapter links in their stories was a valid one. Why would any writer be upset with a request from one of their readers?

I quite agreed with your request that multi-part stories be conveniently linked and labeled.

It could be a bit of irritation for the poster but once they know how, not only will their readers be happier, they just may well attract more readers by making their material more convenient to read and follow.
