Mood-Y: Challenge 5

With the Mood-Y MFU:50 Special Anniversary Challenge now history (and many, many thanks to those who participated!), it's time to get back to our normal Mood-Y Challenges here on section7mfu. In fact, it's time for the very last (fifth) Mood-Y challenge of 2014.

This Mood-Y is falling around the period of Halloween, so I wanted to choose something appropriate for that.
Thus the mood for the fifth challenge is...
SPOOKED

Now that's SPOOKED, folks, not spooky (though of course the two are related). But I think the mood of SPOOKED opens up many more possibilities than that of spooky would.

CHALLENGE: Write an MFU fanfic story regarding the feeling embodied in the above mood. The challenge is pretty wide open with regard to how the mood is incorporated, but do place the mood in a comment at the start of the story for clarity.

STATISTICAL STUFF: Minimum of 500 words (no drabbles) with no set maximum. Must fit into the overall concepts of this community, i.e., contain no explicit adult material and reflect the 1960s series in style and content.

POSTING: To this forum, starting on Saturday, October 25th, and ending on Saturday, November 1st.
