LOL! Can't say I'm familiar with scrapple. The holiday-related challenges for the most part are handled by Carabele...maybe she'll add this one to next years list of challenges. :D

GD it! I missed what could of possibly become my favorite holiday. I love scrapple! There no other artery clogging, give your cardiologist a heart attack just by the mention of the word, quite like it. There's a company in Pennsylvania which produces it so it's shipped to Ohio. I specifically don't read the label when I buy it or open the package. It tastes wonderful, give it a try.

Something about scrapple, maybe the spices, I don't know exactly why I love it. Mom made it for breakfast many times. She'd yell at me for pouring syrup on it??? She thought I was odd. (Mom was right!)

Only once every few years do I get a hankerin' for it. Fried mush and scrapple, yum yum yum. ;D
