The movie is finally looking like it could turn into something worthwhile.  I think we can assume that all of Section VII is behind this new development, possibly even responsible for it.  We are, after all, propaganda and public relations. See what the future of MFU may look like here

Oh no I can't do that! I'm sure he'll sit still for you and it'll look charming. But he'll have to come down eventually if only to change his undies. In fact I have a white wash on at the moment...

Let's see ... I suppose you can have him on wash days, and just throw him as well. I"ll take him back after he's scrubbed up and nice and pink and shiny ... sigh... I do hope he appreciates how much we care.
